DIGBIT ("the game") is a single-player mining game for Android made by DizzyLabs. This policy explains what information the game handles.
We (the developer) do not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal information. The game has no accounts of its own. The only permissions it uses are the ones Google Play Games, Google Play Billing and Google's advertising software need to work (internet access and the advertising ID).
The game uses Google Play Games Services for achievements and leaderboards. If you are signed in to Play Games on your device, the game sends your unlocked achievements and your scores (fastest finish time, total cash earned and tiles dug) to Google, and your Play Games profile (gamer name and avatar) may appear on the leaderboards. Google also collects some analytics and diagnostics data through its Play Games software. This data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; we never receive your email address or other account details. You can play without signing in, and you can manage or delete your Play Games data from your Play Games profile or your Google Account.
The game sells optional gem packs through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy; we never receive your name, email address or payment details. To make sure each purchase is delivered exactly once, the game keeps the purchase's receipt code (a "purchase token") in its private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob: optional video ads you choose to watch for an in-game reward, and an occasional full-screen ad when travelling to another planet. Owning the Starter Pack turns ads off. To show and measure ads, Google's advertising software collects information such as your device's advertising ID, your approximate location (from your IP address), how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information about the app. This information is sent to Google and handled under the Google advertising policies and the Google Privacy Policy; we don't receive it. In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice any time from Settings, Game, Privacy Options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
Your save slots, settings (such as sound, zoom and difficulty), your gem balance and the things bought with gems, and a list of the achievements you've earned are stored only on your own device, in the game's private app storage. If your device's Android backup is turned on, Android may include this game data in your personal Google backup; that is handled by Google under your device settings, not by us. Uninstalling the game deletes this data from the device.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Ads are requested with Google's family-friendly content setting.
If a future version of the game adds features that handle data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
